A new innovation in D River Restaurant, Bangkok, Thailand, one of the new breed of restaurants along the Chao-Praya River.


Fancy watching what is happening in the restaurant kitchen as you wait for your meal? If so, check out the D River restaurant at Pier 61, Bangkok, Thailand. They have a live camera feed from the kitchen to the dining-room. Located on one of the lovliest spots on the Chao Praya River at Thonburi, the restaurants sits on the site of a former rice mill. Best seats are those close to the pier or on the restauranrt's own boat on Pier 61 where, for an extra 180 baht fee, you can dine in a silk lined luxury river boat. Food includes typical and speciality Thai dishes, a sushi station, and Asia-Pacific fusion dishes.
